Sahid Group is a multi-business company in Indonesia with the hotel industry as its main business. This group was founded in 1953 by Sukamdani Sahid Gitosardjono. Present, Sahid Group operates 27 hotels throughout Indonesia under the Sahid Hotel chain. Sahid Group also has other business units and ownership in the media (Business Indonesia), health care, textiles, real estate, the education industry, and commercial building areas.
Sahid J-Walk is one of the business units managed by Sahid Group with the concept of a commercial building that accommodates infrastructure needs for the first technology-based company in Yogyakarta.

Sahid J-Walk is a commercial building built on a land area of 2.2 hectares with it’s building area of 83,000 m2 and a total lease area of 21.995,62 m2 in Depok, Sleman, Yogyakarta.
The number of population density in Depok sub-district has reached 5,342 people/km2, which is dominated by a productive age society, namely :
1. 20-24 years old which reached 23,875 people (student)
2. 25-29 years old which reached 8,709 people
3. 30-34 years old which reached 4959 people
